Not generally available
No opportunity is generally available for the complete requirements-grounded package workflow. Drafting, official-form, package, sharing, and submission-handoff screens remain in controlled validation unless GrantPro explicitly grants access for a supported validation workflow.
- Do not treat a visible catalog listing as package support.
- Do not rely on GrantPro as proof of eligibility, funding, official-form acceptance, or submission.
- GrantPro does not submit an application to an official portal or verify an agency receipt.
If a capability is unavailable
An unavailable or restricted message is an intentional stop, not an instruction to work around the product boundary.
