USA Only: Grant Pro is available only to customers located in the United States. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are located in the U.S. and that you are at least 18 years of age.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Grant Pro ("the Service"), provided by Futurespec Consulting, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Grant Pro provides grant research, template generation, and submission assistance tools to help organizations identify and apply for funding opportunities. The Service includes:

Searchable database of federal, state, and private grants
AI-assisted grant writing tools and templates
Guided submission workflow
Document export (DOCX, PDF)
Client and grant management features

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be located in the United States
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

Free: Search and save grants. No credit card required.
Monthly: $19.95/month, billed monthly
Annual: $199/year, billed annually
Enterprise: Custom pricing for agencies and consultants

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Anti-Reseller Policy

Base Plans (Monthly/Annual): These plans are for your organization's grants only. You may not use these plans to write grants on behalf of clients or third parties. All grants must be submitted in the account holder's organization's name.

Enterprise Plan: Required if you intend to use the Service for clients. The Enterprise plan permits resale of services to third parties.

6. Grant Outcomes Disclaimer

Grant Pro provides tools and resources to assist with grant applications. We do not guarantee that any grant application will be funded. Grant awards are determined solely by the funding agency, not by Grant Pro. We make no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of funding for any particular grant application.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including grant applications, client information, and documents. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Submit false or fraudulent applications
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Resell the Service without an Enterprise plan

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRANT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Futurespec Consulting, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harrison County, Mississippi, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Grant Application Disclaimer

Grant Pro provides tools and AI-assisted content to help users prepare grant applications. Grant Pro does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or success of any grant application.

Federal, state, and private grant programs frequently change their requirements, forms, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and submission procedures. While Grant Pro endeavors to keep its templates and compliance information current, it is the sole responsibility of the user to verify all grant requirements directly with the funding agency before submission.

Specifically, users acknowledge and agree that:

Requirements change. Grant requirements, forms, and regulations are subject to change at any time. Grant Pro's templates reflect requirements as understood at the time of creation and may not reflect the most current version. It is the user's sole responsibility to read, understand, and comply with the specific requirements published in the applicable Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), or program solicitation, including all eligibility criteria, prequalifications, deadlines, and submission instructions.
AI-generated content requires review. All AI-generated sections, budgets, and narratives are drafts that must be reviewed, verified, and edited by the user before submission. AI may produce inaccurate information, incorrect citations, or content that does not fully address the grantor's specific requirements.
Completeness is not guaranteed. While Grant Pro's checklist system tracks required elements, it may not capture every requirement for every grant program. Users must independently verify that their application includes all materials required by the specific funding opportunity announcement (NOFO/FOA).
Budget accuracy is the user's responsibility. All budget figures, calculations, indirect cost rates, and financial data must be verified by the user. Grant Pro performs automated calculations based on user-provided inputs but does not verify the accuracy of those inputs.
Legal and regulatory compliance is the user's responsibility. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal regulations, including but not limited to 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements), Davis-Bacon Act, Section 3, NEPA, and all agency-specific requirements.
No guarantee of funding. Use of Grant Pro does not guarantee that any grant application will be funded. Funding decisions are made solely by the granting agency.
Professional advice recommended. For complex or high-value grant applications, users are encouraged to consult with a professional grant writer, certified public accountant, or legal advisor.

By using Grant Pro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree that Futurespec Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes related to grant applications prepared using this service.
