1. Subscription Refunds
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Monthly Subscriptions
- First 30 days: Full refund available
- After 30 days: No refund available, but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing
- No partial month refunds: We do not refund for unused time in the current billing cycle
Annual Subscriptions
- First 30 days: Full refund available
- After 30 days: Pro-rata refund for the remaining months, minus a 15% administrative fee
- Example: If you cancel 6 months into a 12-month annual subscription, you receive a refund for the remaining 6 months minus the 15% fee
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through one of the following methods:

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We process refund requests within 5-7 business days.
3. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Log in to your Grant Pro account
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all features you paid for until the subscription ends
- After the billing period ends, your account downgrades to the Free tier
- Your saved grants and data remain accessible when you log in again
5. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise subscriptions have custom refund terms based on your contract. Please refer to your Enterprise agreement for refund provisions.
6. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Important: Refunds are only available for the Grant Pro subscription fee. Any additional services, custom integrations, or third-party fees are non-refundable.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
Filing a false dispute or chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.
8. Free Tier
The Free tier of Grant Pro is provided at no cost. No payment is required, and there are no refunds applicable to free accounts.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version posted on this page is the effective one. Any changes apply to new subscriptions from the date of posting.
